Thank you for choosing Jounce. Your satisfaction is our priority. This Return Policy explains the conditions, timelines, and steps for returning or exchanging any apparel purchased through Jounce, owned by VINI X Fashions.

Eligible Products for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• ◉ The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• ◉ All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
• ◉ The request must be raised within the return window mentioned below.

Return Period

Customers may initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Valid Reasons for Return

Returns will be accepted only for the following reasons:

1. Defect or Damage

If the product received has manufacturing defects or damages, we will accept the return and provide either:

• ◉ A full refund, or

• ◉ A replacement (based on customer's preference).

2. Incorrect Product

If the product received is different from what was ordered, we will accept the return and arrange:

• ◉ A replacement product.

3. Size Exchange

If the size does not fit, customers may request a size exchange for the same product (subject to availability).

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. 2. Our team will verify the request and arrange a pickup from the delivery address (serviceable pin codes only).

3. 3. The customer must share a packing video showing the product being placed in the return packet. This video must be sent to cs@jounce.in.

4. 4. The pickup agent will seal the parcel in a tamper-proof bag in the customer’s presence.

5. 5. Once the product reaches our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection.

6. 6. If the product qualifies, the customer may choose between:

• ◉ Refund (store credit or original method when applicable)

• ◉ Replacement/size exchange

Non-Eligible Products for Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

• ◉ Products that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

• ◉ Products missing tags, invoice, or original packaging.

• ◉ Items purchased under Final Sale / Clearance categories.

• ◉ Customized products (if any).

• Accessories (caps, masks, bandanas) for hygiene reasons.

Return for Online Purchases

For returns of online orders:

Refunds & Store Credit

For Defects, Damages, or Incorrect Products:
